Had been 18 months since we last visited this course. We were pleasantly surprised with the course and clubhouse renovations! There is alot of excitement in the air at The Edge! We can hardly wait for the spring season. Conditions were great today despite cold temps and stiff breezes.

This is a beautiful course. It's in a nice area, the views of Shallote river. I'm not going to lie, this course can be quite mean to you. They have a couple of holes that definitely will challenge your skills. If you are lucky you are able to see the wild animals and it's quite peaceful to play there. Friendly neighbourhood and very helpful staff. I'll definitely be back! Highly Recommend it 🔥🔥🔥

Beautiful course...very challenging. There is plenty of ways to lose your ball on this course that is appropriately named...rivers edge. Requires a bit of accuracy. Tee boxes were a little dry, but greens and fairways were in great shape. Not bad price for the quality of course. Very cool with lots of water, pines and great views. Would definitely recommend playing if you are in the area.

What an amazing course! Great price for the service and view. Even better deal if you have Golf Trail Card. Country Club feel, entire team super friendly from bag drop, pro shop, starters, cafe and beverage service. Spectacular views along intercoastal waterway. Plenty of wildlife viewing. Fairways lush, greens well maintained. Lots of challenging holes like number 9 over the marsh. Back 9 narrow fairways along intercoastal waterway. Better hit 'em straight and target your shots to the greens. Overall a great experience.

Very nice golf course! Our group thoroughly enjoyed it. Great, fun layout. Conditions very nice for this time of year. Greens a little slow but look nice. Make sure you've got extra balls...you can lose some here. Even got to see a ton of baby gators enjoying the sun. Extremely scenic course also on the river. Price was outstanding considering what courses closer to MB are charging. Would highly recommend. .

This was my second time playing this course in a number of years and it still is an amazing course. Pros: Friendly staff. Great layout with some of the best views around. Course condition was good with the over seeding. The greens were in good shape but soft. The turf must have very shallow roots because when you go to repair a ball mark, the ground just broke up around the ball tool. Cons: Only one that stood out was the par three along the road where you have to hit off artificial mats. All in all, one of the best courses in that area.

Fantastic golf course. One of my favorites anywhere. Great layout that was in very nice condition. Very scenic, with great views on several holes along the Shallotte River. Some tough holes, but well worth the price of admission. Nice staff. I would highly recommend.

A very nice course. Fun to play but difficult. The workers were friendly. Well worth the money. Played there two years in a row now. Will be back next year.
